First school project- we had to make a poster Ryleigh Jane could use at school for show and tell about her family.

She thought she was going to do really good on this whole runway thing. We had practiced the day before, and she was doing awesome until she saw all the people cooing at her in the audience. She clammed up immediately. I was at the end and told her to smile and pose and she looked me dead in the face and said, "No" in a really quiet little voice while shaking her head. She was totally a deer in the headlights. One side note, we were asked to be in this! I am not a crazy stage/pageant mom. I would not have sought out this opportunity!

We went to have hibachi for the first time with Ryleigh Jane. She really didn't know what was about to happen, but she figured it out pretty quick!
She looked at me and said "hot!" when the fire got big.
She liked this part :)
Although it looks like she ate all of her food, mine, and Brad's by her stomach poking out in this picture, she didn't really like the food that much :( Oh well, I guess we will have to save Hibachi for date night!
