Ryleigh Jane chose to do another optional competition to compete her solo before all of the mandatory competitions in the spring. This particular competition was extremely difficult, and she tried her very best. I was so proud of her for how hard she worked and how hard she tried in class. It was a far cry difference from the last couple of years for her. She is really blossoming as a dancer and a person. She is becoming more confident and independent and coming into her own. It makes a mama proud, and it solidifies the reasons why we dance. She is learning so many life lessons that will carry her far when it comes to the working world!
Since it was in Mobile again, and it was close to Christmas, we decided on Friday evening we would try Bellingrath gardens and look at their Christmas lights! What a great decision and treat that was! We LOVED it!
Hot chocolate and popcorn under some trees and Christmas lights?? Yes, please!!
This girl was ready for class!!
Her biggest fans came to watch her dance
She even stepped out of her comfort zone and found a friend from a totally far away studio. They played all weekend and had the best time! Her name was Emme James, and she truly saved the weekend!
