Easter 2015

Easter this year was a little different for us. We were in the process of closing on our new house, living with Maw Maw and Paw Paw Touchstone, and just feeling really disheveled.  We tried to make it as normal as possible for Ryleigh Jane.  I know kids are resilient, but moving brings on a whole different ball game of emotions and challenges for kids.  She was really upset about not having her toys, worried the Easter bunny wouldn't know where to go, and didn't get to hide eggs in her "own yard" anymore.  Well, good news is the Easter Bunny found us, we had several egg hunts, and we had lots of fun doing all the Easter stuff we normally do!  Happy Easter to us, and thank you Lord for your Son that died so we can have freedom in this life on Earth!!!

We hid eggs inside because it rained during egg hunting hours!

The last time we drove away from our old empty house.  I don't know about you, but it looks awfully sad without us or our stuff in it.  It even looks that way to me now when we drive by.
