Meet Ginger

Ryleigh Jane phoned in her sweet request to Santa about her puppy and IPad.  I wasn't sure if Santa would deliver on the puppy, but since that is all Ryleigh Jane talked about for weeks on end and Lulu is almost 11, Santa decided it was time.  He searched high and low for the right puppy, and by golly I think he found her!  She is a morkie that came to live with us at only 1 lb.  She is the feistiest, tiniest, sweetest ball of puppy joy you can find!  Santa brought her a little early, on December 23 to be exact, because he didn't want to smash her in the bag of toys or let her little dog body fly out of the sleigh on Christmas Eve.  He sent Ryleigh Jane a video, and then left her on the back porch after his reindeer landed on the roof.  Josie was here for the drop off as well, and she and RJ were truly amazed and in awe!  She has made herself right at home and has lumped right in with our family just perfectly.  Her name is Ginger, which stands for Gingerbread Girl.  Ryleigh Jane chose it, and I think it is absolutely perfect!

Ryleigh Jane told me before bed on Christmas Eve night that Ginger was the bestest puppy in the whole wide world and that she loves her so much!  Thanks, Santa, for an awesome wish granted for one of the bestest little girls in the whole wide world!
