Let me start this story by telling you that Ryleigh Jane has a birthday buddy named Connor Wade. Our neighbors in Collins got pregnant around the same time as Brad and I, and they ended up having their baby on the same day as us. (We even had rooms next door to each other in the hospital.) They are great friends of ours, and we love hanging out with them. Usually when we hang out, Ryleigh Jane and Connor are never awake and active at the same time. Well last night, all that changed. After we ate our staple dinner of Friday night catfish, we went back to Kristi and Steve's house to hang out for a bit. We officially introduced the two, and it was love at first sight! Ryleigh Jane kept trying to touch Connor's face, and then she tried to hold his hand. 
She even bossed him around in a few pics, just like a woman. 
It was so sweet and cute! I am so glad Ryleigh Jane has a "big" boy so close to her to keep her safe while she is growing up. I hope we can all stay friends forever. It isn't very often you find friends like Kristi and Steve, and we will always have a special bond between our children. We love you guys!!!
