Ryleigh Jane-isms

I have had a lot of people tell me lately that I need to make sure I am writing down all the cute stuff RJ has been saying. She has been doing some really cute things so here is a list of words and their equivalents, conversations we have had, and some other fun stuff she has been accomplishing!

- Rice Christmas Trees= Rice Krispy Treats

- alicious= delicious, and she told me the other day that she "loved saying the word alicious!"

- She has several imaginary friends with her favorite being Cassie. She also talks about Carsa, Alsa, and Kairsa as well, but Cassie is her best friend, sister, baby, and sometimes boyfriend. She plans parties for Cassie constantly as well.

- She LOVES Rapunzel and "blue Jean." It took us a long time and me watching the movie to figure out she was talking about Eugene the prince. She also got a little weirded out when "punzel" and "blue Jean" kiss because she is supposed to be "punzel" and her daddy is "blue Jean" but they dont kiss like that.

- She recites movies and songs under her breath all the time. My favorites are Tangled when "blue Jean" has found her in the tower. Rapunzel asks him in a very serious tone (holding a frying pan), "who are you and how did you find me? ...what do you want to do with my hair? Cut it? Sell it?" And of course, I can't forget when she is doing something fun and says,"BEST DAY EVER!!!!!"

- She can mimic the dance from Fresh Beat Band almost perfectly, and she is constantly turning things into drums and clicking drumsticks together saying, "1, 2, 3, 4!" just like Marina.

- carolines= crayons, malmost= almost, ticipate=participate

- She told Brad,"Dad, don't harass me!" the other day when he was bothering her.

- She started swim lessons for safety reasons, and of course the over achiever that she is was swimming full out after the second day- "all herself" with no floaties!

- The other morning Brad was rehearsing for court and RJ heard him and asked, "daddy, who are you talking to?" He replied, "I'm just talking to myself." She then replied, "that's okay daddy. I talk to myself all the time too."

- Her favorite Bible story right now is Daniel in the Lions Den.

- At bedtime, she has to tell me a secret every night and that secret is usually, "God gon' protect me and there are no monsters!"

- She is way big into snacks right now. She wants snacks 24/7 instead of real food.

She truly is a really sweet little girl. I am hard on her wanting her to behave, but she is honestly usually pretty good. She is super coordinated for a 3 year old, she is smart, and has a lot of spunk. I'm sure this list could be a lot longer, and I will probably think of more after I post this. I will have to be better about writing them down and transferring them over here! I hope you enjoyed some of our special moments too ;)
