The second day in Disneyworld, we decided to start off in Epcot. We met our first character, Duffy. He is the newest Disney character. The story behind Duffy is that he is Mickey Mouse's teddy bear that Minnie made for him to cuddle on one of his long trips off to sea. He was really sweet, and all the characters took lots of time with Ryleigh Jane. She was too cute not to I guess! We also found Ryleigh Jane's absolute favorite ride of the entire trip in Epcot, Finding Nemo. It was really cute, and she LOVED it! You rode in seashells and saw all the characters from the movie. You also got to look at real fish in huge aquariums after you got off the ride. On top of finding her favorite ride, we found another one that she was scared of, the dinosaur ride featuring Ellen Degeneres and Bill Nye the Science Guy. From that moment on, every ride we got on, Ryleigh Jane would ask us, "No pirates, no dinosaurs?" with a really worried tone and look on her face. After a full morning in Epcot, we went to the room to take a nap so we could get up and have dinner in the Magic Kingdom at Tony's Town Square. The food was really good, and our waitress made Ryleigh Jane feel really special since it was her birthday week. We wrapped up the night by riding the Teacups ride. She really enjoyed this ride, and when it was over she said, "Mama, that was AMAZING!" What a perfect way to describe our first full day in Disney!

Duffy...RJ was a little unsure about how to do this character stuff, but as you will see in my next post, she picked up the process really quickly!
We put on our princess dress after our nap :)
Birthday girl :)
The Lady and the Tramp was stamped/drawn on our plate in chocolate! Really cool, and yes I'm easily amused lol!
Teacups!
I was totally enjoying watching RJ. She laughed and giggled and clapped the whole time!
Princess RJ on the It's a Small World ride again. I think we rode it 4 times while we were there.
Our picture from Buzz Lightyear. Brad made me buy it because I looked like a space cadet in the picture, and he could make fun of me the whole trip. I tried to explain that I was just in character, but I don't think he bought it...
I thought this was so sweet. She was dressed as Belle, and she wanted to stand and watch this animated window with Belle and Beast in it.
