Miss Mississippi Part 1

This trip has been a long awaited, very planned, and very anticipated.  The girls are very excited about being on stage and wearing all of the fancy clothes we have picked out for them.  They are also ready to see Kaelyn do her thing on stage and to spend time with fun friends new and old all week.  Kaelyn took them to get their nails done the day before we left, and Mrs. Gini and her mom gave the girls really cute personalized tote bags for the week!

We loaded up the next day and headed out!  We had to be there in time to get checked in and settled into our room and get dressed for the first event, which was the crowning ceremony.

RJ looked absolutely stunning to me!  She was so ready for that crown and sash! 

The next day, Sunday, they had practice all day long, and they got to see where they would spend a majority of their time during rehearsals and the pageant nights.
