The Mississippi White House

Since Brad will go into the Legislature unopposed, Hank (his predecessor), decided we should come up to Jackson to take a look around the Capitol and meet a few folks.  We loaded up on Sunday morning and headed that way!  I wasn't sure what Ryleigh Jane would think of it, but she really took it all in. She asked a lot of questions, and she looked around very "big-eyed" the whole time we were there.  Hank did an awesome job the last four years, and Brad knows he has very big shoes to fill!  His family was so very nice to show us around, and we are so grateful for their friendship.

Ryleigh Jane enjoyed it so much that she wrote about it in her journal at school.  We didn't discover it until this week when school was over, and they sent her journal home for us to read.  Here is what we found!
